Mobile Coffee FAQs

How far do you travel?

Our regular service area is within 2 hours of Howell, MI, which covers most of southeast and south central Michigan. Have an event outside of that range? Let’s talk. It’s not outside the realm of possibility.
How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for weddings and large events. Note that May and June fill up quickly!
How much space is needed for setup?

Our coffee cart requires about 6 feet of space, while the trailer needs a dedicated parking area.
Can we customize the menu?

Absolutely! We offer customized drink options, branding, and unique flavors.
Do you serve decaf and dairy-free options?

Yes! We can offer decaf coffee and milk alternatives like oat, almond, and soy milk.
What happens if it rains?

Our coffee trailer is fully enclosed, and our cart can be set up indoors or under cover.
