This coffee comes to us from multiple Organic Certified farms that collaborate and send their coffee to be decaffeinated as a single lot. This coffee is washed, dried and then sent to a decaffeination facility where it undergoes a Water washed decafination process. This process removes the caffeine without subjecting the coffee to any chemicals and allowing it to maintain its organic status.
