This lot is sources from several small farms in San Martin Jiltepeque Guatemala. The coffee cherries are delivered from the small farms for processing by coffee processor Alex Keller. The process was a traditional dry fermentation and was initially dried on the patios for 4/5 days. Only once the coffee was well advanced was the coffee finished in mechanical driers for the final touch. Sweet and clean this medium roast is excellent in a wide range of traditional brew methods and is suitable for espresso!
Full City (Medium) Roast this coffee has notes of: Maple, Chocolate, Pomegranate, Lime & Raspberry.
