Moka Java was traditionally a blend made up of coffee from Yemen Mokha and Java. Do to the price and limited supply of Yemen coffee today the classic profile of this blend is often achieved by blending Sumatra and Ethiopian coffees.
This coffee was blended and then decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process method.
