Embu is to the East of Mt. Kenya. Coffees from Embu offer heavier flavors, showcase fruits and sugars well and are often rounder and have a more balanced acid profile. This coffee is part of the Uteuzi Jiimbo program that aims to highlight exceptional coffees from some of the less prominent growing regions in Kenya. This coffee is a highlight of Embu and what it has to offer the coffee world.

Tasting notes: Tart, Juicy, Sweet and balanced. Heavy mouthfeel with lots of fruit flavors. Grapefruit, lemon-lime, apple, tropical fruit, and caramel.
